The end of my adventures in Volgograd

Well todays the last day I'll be spending in Volgograd, I didn't sleep keeping up with my tradition of never sleeping the last night I spend in any place, the last night in my house in Terengganu before we moved to Penang, the last night in Penang before I came to Russia to study and now my last night in Volgo.
 Felt a heaviness creep into my heart as I hugged Lee Shing Lin and Heah Swee Kuan goodbye last night.
Shed a tear as I waved goodbye to Nur Sakinah Mohd Nor.
Put on a smile as I had dinner for the last time in Volgograd with Nur Afni Mohd Zailan and Mohd Hariz Mohd Asnawi .
Felt melancholic as I gave my much loved belongings to my juniors.
Me and mira lie here ,both exhausted from packing and cleaning , our last night as roomates is spent in silence.

Happy new year ( 15 days later)

Ok I haven't posted in a while then suddenly in the middle of studying for exams I decide to change my wallpaper which has been stuck on Taylor Swift for well sometime now (from october to be exact).I decided that since Justine Henin used to dominate my desktop when she played and since she is going to play in the AO soon- I might want to use her wallpaper but there was just one flaw to my plan and that was that since my notebook crashed last year and I had to reformat it I pretty much lost my entire collection of JH pics and wallpapers and I had accumulated quite a collection in the 10 years that I had been following her .

So now I just spent about an hour trying to find something nice and in the end what I found was not what I was looking for but a FB group and a very funny JH fan blog .

Ok I'm just bored studying dermatology will do that to you I guess....

Ohh yeah had just finished my Psychiatry exam and man was that fun within one minute I managed to annoy the head of the psych hospital so much that he told me that if I shut up and left he would give me a passing mark-- I actually laughed to his face before getting my credit book and leaving--Man I need to learn some self control-- still laugh every time I think of it--

Ok so the finals of the russian handball superleague was yesterday and we went there in force to support our team . Dinamo didn't let us down man the game was cool with lots of fighting, red cards yellow cards and beautiful goals. I'll have some pics up in a few days but ohh was it fun..

miss him

my uncle passed away today. I spent 2 years living in his home, there was a time when he was the bane of my existence.
But I will always remember the things he taught me.
Always wipe your feet after washing your legs or bathing,
always clean your feet before going to bed,
no job no matter how menial is beneath anyone.
and the one thing he taught me that I follow everyday in my life is no matter what you do always do a good job cause we must take
pride in our actions.
He wasn't the lovey dovey huggy type of person, but I always knew he would be there for me if I needed him.
I'm going to miss that and him always doubting everything I say,
going to miss watching football with him, cause he would always bet on the
team I didn't like just so we could argue .
I'm going to miss him sitting in his corner with his pc singing .
miss him collecting all the scraps after dinner so he can feed the stay dogs.
miss him always telling me not to give the beggars any money.
always insisting on paying for the meals.
miss him waking me up early on Sundays by blasting old Chinese songs.
well I guess I'm just gonna miss him.

talk about a bad day.

First I spend 45 minutes getting to class only to be told that classes were canceled because there was no water. Then another hour later I finally arrive at the hostel only to step on shit on my way into the hostel( I'm was wearing my fav pair of basketball shoes no less). Then I get into the elevator and I get stuck between the 1st and 2nd floor. Half an hour later I finally get out of the elevator. Later that night I accidentally spilled a full mug of coffee onto my beloved notebook, Thank God Dell makes such sturdy(and water proof notebooks) only my screen is a bit weird but everything else is working just fine....ohh ok maybe the keyboard has gone haywire a bit as well... at least it didn't go up in smoke like sakinah's ACER did...Should be thankful for that at least I guess...hope it all just gets better from now on.

Almost missed my flight...

Ok all my friends know the story about how I nearly missed my flight to Russia 3 yrs ago, coz I thought the flight was on the 24th when in fact the flight was on the 23rd. I would have missed thee flight had it not been for a very irate Mr Ng calling and screaming at me an hour b4 my flight was to fly...
Well I nearly did it again this year, I thought I booked my flight on the 27th and had told my family I was leaving on the 27th then I go pick my tickets up and I find my flight is on the 28th so I have one more day to torture my family....
Ahhh seriously not looking forward to returning to Volgo..

LeAving in 5 days

  OK so I haven't posted anything in like 5 or 6 months, but I'm not dead just got hooked to Facebook... 

  Anyways I've been back home for about 2 months now... so my happy days are numbered. I get on my flight back to Russia in 5 days... man do I hate leaving home, especially with Raya just around the corner..

 But  life has to go on and I need to finish my degree so heres to another year closer to me becoming a doctor.

   Well till I fall down and decided to post again.. ciao.

  

CNY, a birthday and a wedding wow what a weekend

Wow it has been a fun filled 2 days... 1st yesterday was mira's birthday(Mira is my roommate, the only one I have been able to keep from my 1st yr). We had a girls night out, we hit Sakura and then grabbed some coffee before the girls decided they wanted to go shopping, anyone who know me know I love shopping ablout as much as I love getting my teeth pulled out. So it was a nightmare but the girls tried to make it up to me by hitting the arcade on out way out the mall.. I kicked butt at Time Crisis .. Then today the Malaysian Chinese threw their CNY celebrations granted CNY and Even Chap go meh have passed us by, but its the thought that counts and they really did a great job , there was even a dragon dance , it was cool.The food was good, and the party favours they handed out were verey thoughful.

ohhh the wedding... we are happy to announce the wedding of Mazidah to Saiful ... the wedding took place early this morning at the mosque the akad nikah ceremony was attended by friends...
